Hi my name is Philip Clines and I teach 5th Grade at Norris Elementary School. This is my 7th year teaching at Norris and my 11th year as an elementary teacher. I'm dedicated to providing my students with a quality education. I enjoy teaching my students how to be more respectful and responsible in order to be prepared for the real world.
