Hi! I’m Sondra Kounter. My husband, Tim, and I are blessed with four wonderful grown children, four amazing children-in-law, and nine precious grandchildren who light up our lives. 

I began my teaching journey 39 years ago and have had the privilege of teaching second, third, fourth, and fifth grades. For the past 15 years, I’ve been right where my heart is - helping children discover the joy of reading in the Norris Elementary Reading Center. Watching young readers grow in skill and confidence is my favorite part of the job.
